That you have fixed something in record time?
Perhaps I am calling it a bit early ( since I haven’t driven it or cleared the idiot light) but I just replaced my mini’s valve cover gasket in a fit of rage. Got it done in 1 hour flat. Feel like the hulk.
For your time:
Update: looks like my valve cover is defective. Replacement: 300$. Plastic is such a good material for valve covers guys.

I read your title and leading paragraph way differently than what you intended. I thought you were angry that you fixed something too quickly.

This is why they pay DeMuro the big bucks. It also may be true when I drive the car to work in 5 mins.

No, but I’ve definitely been so angry that I’ve broken something in record time.

I’ve been so angry that I found out how hard it is to break certain things.

Yep, been there too.

when things break on me, I tend to finish them off i a fit of rage. I pulled the start cord out of a lawnmower so the logic thing to do was throw the lawnmower down a hill

Yes. Several times.

Down a hill is only suitable if there is no cliff nearby.

neither helps get the lawn mowed, both make it more dificult. i think i ended up just buying a new one at that point as new things ended up bent and broken

In all honesty, that’s usually how I end up going about it. I’ll do what I can to fix it, but if it gets to the point of diminishing returns, I’ll buy a new one or pay a pro to fix the old one, depending on what it is.

That is one bitchin’ Mini coupe.
